Register your practice

Seen Sooner lists verified ADHD and autism assessment providers across the UK. If your practice offers regulated assessments and you would like to be considered for inclusion, submit your details below. We review every submission independently before listing.

Listing is free and editorially independent

Seen Sooner does not charge providers to appear in results, and providers cannot pay to rank higher. All ranking is based on distance from the patient's postcode, regulatory rating, wait time, and cost. We do not accept commercial arrangements with listed providers.

What we look for

Regulatory registration

You must be registered with the relevant regulatory body for your UK nation: CQC (England), HIS (Scotland), HIW (Wales), or RQIA (Northern Ireland). We verify all registrations independently.

Independent patient reviews

We strongly encourage a presence on an independent review platform such as Trustpilot, Feefo, Doctify, or Google Reviews. This is not mandatory, but listings without independent reviews carry a lower confidence rating.

Accurate, verifiable information

Pricing, wait times, and service details must be accurate at the time of submission. We cross-check against your website and public records. Inaccurate submissions will be returned for correction.

Active service

Your assessment service must be currently accepting new patients. We do not list practices with a closed waiting list or services that are not actively operating.

What happens after you submit

We verify your regulatory registration

We check your registration against the relevant public register (CQC, HIS, HIW, or RQIA). This typically takes 1–2 working days.

We review your information

We cross-check pricing, wait times, and service details against your website and other public sources. We may contact you with questions or to request corrections.

We publish your listing

Once verified, your practice will appear in search results and on the relevant regional directory page. Listings go live within 10 working days of a clean submission.

You can update your details any time

Email us at hello@seensooner.co.uk to update prices, wait times, or any other information. We also monitor for changes and may contact you proactively.

Registration of interest — not a guarantee of listing

Submitting this form does not guarantee inclusion on Seen Sooner. We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing that does not meet our editorial criteria, including practices that do not maintain accurate information or whose regulatory status changes.
