Report a Problem

We aim to keep provider data accurate and up to date, but things change. If you spot something wrong — a price, a waiting time, a postcode match, or anything else — please let us know and we will investigate as quickly as possible.

What can I report?

Incorrect provider information

Price, waiting time, format, or contact details are wrong or out of date.

Wrong postcode or health board

A postcode is matched to the wrong ICB, health board, or nation.

Provider no longer operating

A clinic has closed, stopped accepting referrals, or changed its service.

Something else

Broken links, accessibility issues, factual errors in our guidance pages, or anything else.

How to report

Send an email to hello@seensooner.co.uk with the subject line Report a Problem.

Please include as much detail as you can — for example, the provider name, the postcode you searched, what you expected to see, and what you actually saw. This helps us fix things faster.

Response times: We aim to review all reports within 5 working days. Provider data changes are usually live within a few days of verification. Thank you for helping keep Seen Sooner accurate for everyone.
