Provider Overview
One of the largest private providers. Very fast access. In-person clinics across the UK plus online. Follow-up appointments with nurse prescribers £165–£225. Does NOT accept Right to Choose — private pay only. Good option when speed is critical.
What to expect on the day of assessment
A gold-standard neurodevelopmental assessment is a thorough clinical investigation. Here is what you should expect from this provider:
- Pre-Assessment Check: You will complete pre-screening questionnaires (such as ASRS for ADHD or AQ-10 for Autism) and gather background information.
- Structured Diagnostic Interview: The clinician will conduct a clinical interview using validated tools (like the DIVA-5 and/or ADOS-2). They will discuss your development, school reports, and current day-to-day challenges.
- Informant Report: Where possible, a parent, partner, or close friend who knew you in childhood or knows you well now will be interviewed to corroborate symptoms.
- Outcome & Feedback: A detailed diagnostic report is issued explaining the diagnosis and mapping out recommended accommodations or treatment plans.
Detailed cost & titration breakdown
Includes pre-assessment screening & multidisciplinary evaluation.
£165 – £225 per titration follow-up session.
£30 per private prescription.
£225 per annual review appointment.
Post-diagnostic support & Shared Care success
Offers medication titration services. Direct psychoeducation resources or coaching should be confirmed with the clinic.
Shared Care success rate is: GP Discretion (standard for private clinics).
A Shared Care Agreement (SCA) allows your NHS GP to take over prescribing your ADHD medication, saving you private drug fees. GPs are not legally obligated to accept private SCAs and may refuse if the provider is not NICE-guideline compliant. This provider's reports are NICE-guideline compliant (GMC/HCPC registered team), which maximizes GP acceptance rates.
Patient Reviews
Outstanding private care and absolute speed
I was desperate to get my child assessed before starting secondary school. Clinical Partners got us an appointment within 10 days in-person in London. The child psychiatrist was amazing. The report was extremely high quality and was accepted instantly by our GP for a shared care agreement.
Highly professional adult ADHD and ASD assessment
I did a combined ADHD and Autism assessment online. It was a full-day process, very intense but incredibly thorough. Both clinicians were absolute specialists. The level of detail in the post-diagnostic support materials they provided was excellent. Expensive but worth every pound.
Fast and reliable, but check titration follow-up fees
Very quick booking and high clinical standards. The only downside is that follow-up titration appointments and prescription fees can add up quickly, so make sure to budget another £400-£600 on top of the assessment fee. Aside from cost, the service is flawless.
