What to expect on the day of assessment

A gold-standard neurodevelopmental assessment is a thorough clinical investigation. Here is what you should expect from this provider:

  • Pre-Assessment Check: You will complete pre-screening questionnaires (such as ASRS for ADHD or AQ-10 for Autism) and gather background information.
  • Structured Diagnostic Interview: The clinician will conduct a clinical interview using validated tools (like the DIVA-5 (ADHD), ACE/ACE+ Clinical Interviews). They will discuss your development, school reports, and current day-to-day challenges.
  • Informant Report: Where possible, a parent, partner, or close friend who knew you in childhood or knows you well now will be interviewed to corroborate symptoms.
  • Outcome & Feedback: A detailed diagnostic report is issued explaining the diagnosis and mapping out recommended accommodations or treatment plans.

Shared Care Agreement Success:

Shared Care success rate is: High (~80% GP acceptance rate for structured plans).

A Shared Care Agreement (SCA) allows your NHS GP to take over prescribing your ADHD medication, saving you private drug fees. GPs are not legally obligated to accept private SCAs and may refuse if the provider is not NICE-guideline compliant. This provider's reports are Widely accepted by NHS trusts and local councils for schools (EHCPs), which maximizes GP acceptance rates.

Super fast private pathway

I went private as I couldn't face the NHS wait. From initial contact to assessment was under 3 weeks. The structured care package is expensive but completely worth it. Having titration support built into the annual plan gives me total peace of mind. Excellent communication throughout.

Professional and efficient, but watch the package costs

The assessment was very clear and professional. They use a structured package model which means you pay for a full year of care up front (or in installments). This is great for keeping titration costs predictable, but make sure to compare it to other one-off fee structures depending on your budget.

Great Right to Choose service for my teenager

My 15-year-old son was assessed through RTC with ADHD 360. They were fantastic with him. The clinician was expert in adolescent ADHD. Waiting times were much shorter than our local CAMHS (about 7 months compared to 3 years). Absolute lifesaver.
